Once you have added your domain to Mailgun you need to add DNS records to verify your domain.
Open your DNS provider and add the values found in your control panel. Common providers include:
The two TXT records needed to verify your domain are listed under the Sending section.
If you want Mailgun to track clicks and opens you also need to add the CNAME record.
MX records should also be added, for optimal deliverability, unless you already have MX records for your domain pointed at another email service provider.
Once you’ve added the records and they’ve propagated, your domain will be verified. Note it can take 24-48 hours for DNS changes to propagate.
If after 48 hours your domain is still not verified, click the "Check DNS Records Now" button to manually check for the latest records.
In your control panel we show you the value you need to enter and the current value that is returned when we do a DNS lookup. If the DNS records for sending are not the same your domain will not be verified.
