What do I do if I'm on a blacklist?

First, use something like MXToolBox to verify your IP has been blacklisted.

If it has been, there's a good chance there's a noisy sender on the same shared IP.

Contact our Support Team, let us know you've been blacklisted, and we'll move you to another IP while we fix the blacklisting.

If you're sending more than 50k emails per week, you should get a dedicated IP to isolate your reputation from other senders.
