Invoices are sent to the email address we have on file for your account. Invoices are also available for view from within the Mailgun control panel.
To view your invoices in the control panel, select your email address from the toolbar at the top of the page, then from the drop down menu select invoices. (See image below)
What if I don't have a invoices option in my dropdown menu?
If you do not see an invoices option in your dropdown menu it means that you are currently using a free Mailgun account.
Why are some of my invoices for $0.00?
If you have invoices on your account that show an amount of $0.00 it means that you have not exceeded your free message limit. Even with an upgraded account you are still allotted free messages each month and if you do not exceed that amount than you do not owe us any money that month.
How can I dispute a charge on my invoice?
Create a support ticket and we will update you as soon as possible.
