General Navigation

App Switcher

The App Switcher allows you to switch products or applications, i.e. between Mailgun and InboxReady (at this time):

Sidebar Navigation - Mailgun

The navigation is organized as follows: 

  • Dashboard: The Dashboard is a quick way to return to the main dashboard of the account.
  • Reporting: The Reporting section is the most comprehensive analysis of your accounts sending statistics within the Control Panel. It has most of the features seen in the Domain overview and Analytics sections of the Control Panel; it also has much more capabilities than either of those two sections has.
  • Sending: Within the Sending section there is a nesting tree for your domains, dedicated IPs, and your mailing lists.
    • Need to add a domain, troubleshoot sending issues, or review performance? Head to Domains
    • Once you select a specific domain, you’ll notice familiar tools like Logs, Analytics, Webhooks, and more. From here, you can also see advanced settings for that domain.
    • Wondering which stage of IP warm-up your new dedicated IP is on? Check your status in IPs.
    • Managing your email lists? Find all of them under Mailing Lists
  • Receiving: The Receiving section displays all of your current routes, separating them by the US and EU regions. From here, you can also send a sample POST to receive a sample webhook, fully parsed as an HTTP POST.
  • Verifications: The Verifications section redirects to the InboxReady app, and depending on the plan, allows access to use the Email Verification feature. Email verifications can assist not only with detecting invalid email addresses but also with reducing your bounce rate and improving your delivery.

Sidebar Navigation - InboxReady

The navigation is organized as follows: 

  • Dashboard: The Dashboard is a quick way to return to the main dashboard of the account.
  • Verifications: The Verifications section can assist not only with detecting invalid email addresses but also with reducing your bounce rate and improving your delivery.
  • Inbox Placement: The Inbox Placement section allows you to create seed lists - email addresses/mailboxes - with numerous mailbox providers so that, when the seed list is included as a recipient in one of your campaigns, you can analyze how that campaign performed with each mailbox provider.
  • Email Preview: The Email Preview section allows you to preview your messages in dozens of email clients (web, mobile, email client, email app) so that you can curate the look and feel of the message prior to sending it. 
  • Blocklist Monitoring: The Blocklist Monitoring section tracks your IP(s) reputation with all of the major blocklisting providers.
  • Spam Trap Monitoring: The Spam Trap Monitoring section tracks your IP(s) reputation with various spam trap networks.

Account Navigation

Located at the top-right of our UI, this dropdown navigation is organized as follows:

  • Account: This is where you will find all account details like your account settings, general billing info, user details, and account cancellation.
  • Billing: This section houses your invoices, usage stats for each billing cycle, payment history, and payment information. 
  • Security: Here you will find options to add users, modify roles and MFA, see user sessions, add IP whitelists for API usage, as well as to view and reset the API keys. 
  • API Keys: This will also provide the option to view and reset API keys on the account, as well as add IP whitelists for API usage
  • Dedicated IPs: Allows you to quickly view and configure the dedicated IPs (if any) on the account.
  • IP Pools: This is where you can review any current IP Pools as well as create a new IP Pool. 
  • Support: Houses your ticket history as well as all the different ways you can reach Mailgun for your support needs. You can also access resources like the Help Center and documentation from this tab.
